THE GRAFFITI PROJECT, KELBURN CASTLE, COLLABORATION OSGEMEOS, NUNCA AND NINA PANDOLFO

Escócia, 2007

In 2007, from the advice of his children David and Alice, Lord Glasgow Patric Boyle invited three artists from Brazil, OSGEMEOS, Nunca and Nina Pandolfo, to paint the façade and turret of his 800-year-old Kelburn Castle in Fairlie, North Ayrshire, Scotland. This project was meant to be temporary until the castle was resurfaced. However, the Lord worked with Historic Scotland to gain permission to keep the mural as a permanent feature of the building. Since, the castle has become a tourist attraction in the area, as well as a strong visual reference in OSGEMEOS` career.
