Lithuania has always been a special place for OSGEMEOS because it is the country where their mother’s family originated. In 2007, their mother, Margarida Kanciukaitis was invited to show some of her embroidery works inspired by her sons’ work at the Kaunas Biennial TEXTILE and OSGEMEOS were invited to paint a mural outside the museum. It was so interesting to bring their vibrant and colorful universe to the grey walls of Kaunas. OSGEMEOS really loved the contrast between the yellow and the dark skies of the Lithuanian winter.
